Youth Mentor
Role description
fosters engagement, builds resilience, and provides a positive role model to children and young people, working in the community or within educational settings. They encourage attendance and engagement, working one-to-one with young people to in-still confidence and self-esteem. Youth Mentors work flexibly with families, schools, and outside support agencies. Empathetic to the young person’s requirements and provide professional and reliable support to help them achieve their agreed goals and outcomes.
