Housing Support Manager
Role description
contributes to the overall development and management of housing operations across access and tenancy management, in areas with a high public housing concentration and social disadvantage. Responsible for a portfolio of houses and units, and act as the key point-of-contact for tenants within that portfolio. Housing Support Managers provide tenants with excellent customer service and advise them on all things housing, tenancy and property management services. The priority for all Housing Support Managers is tenant satisfaction and sustainment.
