Hospice Manager

Role description

assists families and patients to develop optimal care plans and ensures the delivery of quality care services to patients and their families, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Their duties include overseeing and managing all aspects of hospice operations, such as patient care, staff management, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
