Community Relations Officer

Role description

builds and maintains strong relationships with members of the community and proactively coordinates a range of promotional and engagement activities. They provide accurate and approved feedback to the relevant stakeholders on issues, complaints, and grievances. Vital skills include being able to identify commitments, establish effective communication and ensure commitments are met and upheld. In addition to this they attend community engagement forums and conduct periodic meetings with other external stakeholders.
