Role description
manages the financial actions of a company. Duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning, as well as analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. The CFO’s role is binary: 1. oversees the organisation’s financial activities, including being responsible for the finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions, and 2. serves in a strategic advisory role for the CEO and C-suite peers.
