Budget Analyst
Role description
oversees an organisation or business’ spending to ensure that funds are allocated appropriately and used according to plan. Maintain records and create reports and proposals while working to analyse data and recommend funding for various programs. Budget Analysts also evaluate program effectiveness to determine if redistribution of funds is needed. Duties include developing organisational budgets with managers, reviewing proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards, and vetting funding requests for merit and authenticity.
