Role description
coordinates medical care plans for older adults and ensures they receive the best care possible. Possess clinical knowledge to administer assessments, develop care plans, and monitor medication compliance. Aged Care Managers also advocate for patient's needs and prepare reports for doctors or healthcare workers concerning the patient's progress. Responsibilities include providing social and emotional support, assisting with mobility issues, providing companionship, and assisting with medical treatment plans.
